Interruption of OTPdirekt services 19 – 21 February 2021

We inform you that from February 19th, 20:00, until February 21st, 2021, 20:00, we have planned maintenance activities. During this period the information displayed through OTPdirekt Internet Banking and SmartBank won’t be updated. Will be shown the existing ones available in the system as of February 19, 20:00.

Also, transactions initiated during the mentioned period through the two applications will be processed starting February 21, 2021, at 21:00.
