We would like to draw your attention to the increase in fraud attempts, both through phishing and spoofing, where attackers send emails with malicious links or call potential victims from a phone number that appears to be the bank's and pose as employees of financial institutions. We advise you to be vigilant and not to share confidential data such as bank account access credentials (IB) or bank card security data with anyone.

2.52. Clientul este obligat ca, in conformitate cu conventiile, acordurile si contractele incheiate cu Banca, sa constituie garantii adecvate in vederea garantarii indeplinirii obligatiilor sale catre Banca. 4.7. Banca este exonerata de raspundere pentru eventualele deficiente si/sau erori ce ar putea sa apara in procesul de transmitere a extraselor de cont, in cazul in care optiunea Clientului a fost remiterea lor prin Posta.

4.8. Clientul va informa Banca, imediat ce a luat la cunostinta de existenta sumelor necuvenite din cont. Clientul nu are dreptul sa le retraga, sa transfere sau sa se foloseasca in vreun fel de aceste sume. Algoritmii pe care Banca ii utilizeaza pentru scoringul de credit iau in considerare diverse criterii care pot varia in timp, in acord cu politica Bancii de risc, precum starea financiara, bonitatea, gradul de expunere, comportamentul de plata, situatia la angajator, istoricul datoriilor etc.;
(ii)    autorizarea legala. Astfel, legea impune implementarea unor masuri adecvate de cunoastere a clientelei pentru scopul prevenirii si combaterii spalarii banilor si al finantarii actelor de terorism. In acest scop, Banca verifica daca Clientul este inclus in bazele de date legal constituite cu persoanele acuzate de finantare a actelor de terorism sau, dupa caz, cu persoane cu risc ridicat de frauda si, daca Clientul se regaseste in aceste baze de date, va refuza Clientului intrarea in relatie de afaceri cu Banca);
In special, Clientul are dreptul: (i) sa isi exprime punctul de vedere cu privire la respectiva decizie automatizata; (ii) sa solicite Bancii o reevaluare a deciziei, in baza unei interventii umane; respectiv (iii) sa conteste decizia automatizata.

6.5. In interesul legitim al Bancii de a-si desfasura activitatea comerciala cu buna credinta, in conformitate cu standardele aplicabile in industria bancara si cu respectarea legislatiei privind protectia datelor cu caracter personal, a legilor si reglementarilor fiscale si/sau financiare, a reglementarilor interne, corporative sau standardelor ce tin de relatiile cu Clientul, datele Clientului pot fi folosite in scopul de adresare de comunicari comerciale legate de campaniile promotionale ale Bancii, in conditiile introducerii si oferirii de produse/facilitati noi in contextul produselor pe care Clientul le-a contractat cu Banca sau in conditiile revizuirii, dezvoltarii si imbunatatirii calitatii acestora sub forma de noi facilitati sau beneficii. Se vor comunica Clientului informatii care ii pot fi utile in relatiile de afaceri cu Banca, fiindu-i in mod corespunzator garantat Clientului dreptul de a-si exprima punctul de vedere prin canalele de comunicare puse la dispozitie in mesajul informational ce poate fi transmis prin posta, posta electronica, telefon/SMS, internet banking etc.

6.18. Banca isi rezerva dreptul de a bloca / restrictiona conturile clientului, pentru toate canalele (ghiseu, carduri, OTPdirekt, Call center), in cazul in care nu s-au inregistrat operatiuni pe cont pe o perioada de 6 luni calendaristice, cu exceptia taxelor, comisioanelor, a dobanzilor, platilor efectuate de catre banca aferente popririlor si cu exceptia situatiilor in care clientul nu are in aceasta perioada nici un alt produs activ din urmatoarele categorii: credite, conturi de economii, depozite si fonduri de investitii.

Nerenuntarea tacita

Litigii. Legea aplicabila

CSALB are sediul in Bucuresti, Str. 6.25. In cazul in care banca decide incetarea relatiei de afaceri, Clientul are dreptul de a se adresa catre o autoritate competenta sau mecanism alternativ de solutionare pe cale amiabilă a litigiilor, prevăzute de dispoziţiile legale în vigoare:

6.29. Prezentele Conditii Generale de Afaceri completeaza prevederile tuturor conventiilor, acordurilor, contractelor incheiate intre Banca si Client. In cazul in care prevederile prezentelor Conditii Generale de Afaceri au un inteles divergent sau sunt in contradictie cu prevederile exprese stipulate in conventiile, acordurile sau contractele specifice, incheiate intre Banca si Client, prevederile acestora din urma vor prevala.
