  • Fill in with your personal data.
    Do not worry about the calculations for the sum to be donated. The representatives of the Financial Administrations will make the calculations.

  • Submit the form to the Financial Administration you legally belong to.

  • This educational program can change in better not only some youngsters’ future, but ours, also. Direct 3,5% of the income tax that anyhow goes to the state budget.
