We would like to assure you that, although an agreement has recently been concluded to sell the shares of OTP Bank Romania to Banca Transilvania, nothing has changed in terms of your services and benefits. 

Until the process is finalised, which may take several months, we will continue to operate independently in the market and provide you with high quality services.
