In addition to the general information on OTP Bank, with a single call you can find out anything you want about our products and services, but you can also get details about  foreign exchange rates, standard fees applied, etc.


If you already have a current account with OTP Bank, you can choose:

  • To get specific (personal) information about your financial standing (current account balance, information about deposits/loans, taxes, fees, offers, etc.)
  • To perform transactions/operations (only for clients who have signed a contract for OTPdirekt) that may consist of:  intra/inter-banking transfers in RON/foreign currency, foreign exchange, card blocking, etc.*


* Transactions are available only for clients who have signed a contract for OTPdirekt type A within the limit set in the contract.
