Is it possible to open an OTP Antreprenoriat Gratuit package if the company’s annual turnover is EUR 500.000?

YES. The OTP Antreprenoriat Gratuit package may be accessed by legal entities having an annual turnover not exceeding 1 million EUR (equivalent in RON).

What is the validity period for the OPT Antreprenoriat Gratuit package?

The products and services package is contracted for a period of 12 months. After the expiry of the initial period, you may opt for the following:

Automatic extension for a new 12-month period
Replacing the package with another current account package and banking services offered to legal entities
Closing of the OPT Antreprenoriat Gratuit package

May the PFA, II, IF and EFPJ customers that practice liberal professions access the OTP Antreprenoriat Gratuit package?

The OTP Antreprenoriat Gratuit package cannot be accessed by the customers that are organized as PFA, II, IF and EFPJ.
