During the integration of OTP Bank Romania into the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, OTP Bank Romania will operate separately from Banca Transilvania.
Thus, OTP Bank Romania customers will continue to address OTP Bank Romania, and Banca Transilvania customers will continue to address BT. For a smooth transition, the OTP Bank’s brand will be temporarily used.

Will the customers of OTP Bank Romania become customers of Banca Transilvania following the bank's sale?
Following the Acquisition on July 30, 2024, OTP Bank Romania and its subsidiaries in Romania were acquired by the Banca Transilvania Group and no longer belong to the OTP Group. In the coming period, OTP Bank Romania customers will continue to remain customers and to collaborate with OTP Bank Romania for all products, services and operations.
Also, until the integration is finalized, OTP Bank will be a separate entity from Banca Transilvania and its customers will not be impacted in any way by this transaction.
Will the terms and conditions of the contracts change?
The terms and conditions of all OTP Bank Romania customers' contracts will remain in force and unchanged, unaffected by the acquisition. Customers will be officially informed, in due time, of any potential change.
Does anything change in the customer relationship with OTP Bank Romania?
No, OTP Bank Romania customers can use all services as before, with unchanged terms and conditions.
For how long will the bank cards issued by OTP Bank Romania, bank accounts, authentication IDs, etc., remain valid?
The contracts of OTP Bank Romania customers will remain in effect with unchanged terms and conditions. Any changes will be announced in a due time, if would be the case.
How will the protection of personal data be managed at OTP Bank Romania in the context of the sale?

A customer who currently has accounts both at BT and OTP. What happens to the existing account already at OTP?
The customers can still use their accounts opened with both banks can will work separately with each bank, just as before.

What are the conditions which can OTP Bank cards be used at Banca Transilvania ATMs?
Individual and corporate customers can use the cards issued by OTP Bank Romania to withdraw cash and check their balance at Banca Transilvania's ATMs, under the same cost conditions. Thus, in addition to the OTP Bank ATM network, there are over 1900 ATMs in more than 350 locations.
When will start the payment of the Szülőföldön Magyar scholarships?
On 6th September 2024 will start the payment of the Szülőföldön magyarul scholarships for the school year 2023-2024.
