OTPdirekt represents the internet banking service provided by OTP Bank, through which users perform a wide range of banking operations without coming to branch, in a quickly, conveniently and safe manner, directly from computer. Additional, you benefit of preferential commissions up to 50% lower in comparison with branch.
 
Use also SmartBank, the mobile banking app on your phone to quickly solve your financial from anywhere and at anytime. See with your own eyes what it's like to have a whole bank in your pocket.

Starting with August 2020, we improved customer experience by adding new functionalities and a super friendly design. Also starting with February 2021 you will use only the new versions of OTPdirekt and SmartBank.

What password do I need to use in order to login to SmartBank/OTPdirekt?

• If you used OTPdirekt before 25.08.2020 and have not yet accesed new app, you log in to the new OTPdirekt using the password you use also for the existing version.
• If you applied for OTPdirekt after 25.08.2020 you only have acces to the new application. When you apply for OTPdirekt you receive a code on SMS which you must use as your initial password. At first login into the application you will change the password with according with your setup.  
• If you use in parallel both versions of the apps and change the password in any of them , you will use the new password only for that version. 
   

Please check steps below in order to acces SmartBank:

• From the app welcome screen tap SmartBank
• Please select one of the login method meaning „With card” or „Without card”(if you don’t have your OTP Bank card at disposal or it was not issued). 
• If you pressed „With card” please input the last 10 digits from your OTP Bank card and the password from 6 digits. 
• If you pressed „Without card” please input your client code and user (both are mentioned in your OTPdirekt contract) and acces code (6 digits password). 
• You can tick the option”Fast acces” if you want to use only the password at your next login. Press that you agree with the Terms and Conditions and after the button Login.
• Please input the hardware token code or press ”Send code through SMS” (if you did not receive the SMS) and „Continue” button. 

Please check steps below in order to acces OTPdirekt desktop:

• Press Login to OTPdirekt
• Please select one of the login method meaning „With card” or „Without card” (if you don’t have your OTP Bank card at disposal or it was not issued). 
• If you pressed „With card” please input the last 10 digits from your OTP Bank card and the password from 6 digits.
• If you pressed „Without card” please input your client code and user (both are mentioned in your OTPdirekt contract) and acces code (6 digits password). 
• Press button „Login”.
• Please press „Send SMS” to receive the token code or input the hardware token code and press „Login”.
