A natural step in the bank's transformation journey was the definition of ESG principles (environmental, social, governance), aimed to integrate the best sustainability practices into the organization.
Step by step, we propose that through responsible and transparent actions, as a provider of financial services, as an employer and a social actor, to contribute to a balanced transition to a healthy economy with low carbon emissions, to encourage the responsible behaviors of our employees and customers and increase the positive impact of our actions in society.
