We recommend that, during this period, you should use the digital means with confidence to carry out transactions (check the account balance, make transactions and transfers, pay rates or invoices, etc.). If you still need to come to one of our branches, consider the following:

●    Keep the distance from the next customer;
●    Do not crowd the premises and enter only if there is a free consultant;
●    Use the disinfectant dispensers installed in the unit.

The program of the branches and agencies of OTP Bank is from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 17:00. Please consult the list of branches and ATMs near you or use the SmartBank mobile application, section "Units and ATMs".

The customer service program functions normally during this period, from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 21:00, and can be reached at the following phone numbers:

In OTPdirekt, the Internet banking service of OTP Bank Romania, you can perform the following operations:

-    Transfers in lei and foreign currency with lower commissions compared to transfers made at the counter;
-    Currency exchange ordering;
-    Money Magnet - the functionality that allows you to transfer money, instantly and without commissions, from any other bank in Romania to the OTP Bank account, using a debit card. The Money Magnet can only be used by individuals;
-    Modifying limits / blocking / viewing related settlement transactions;
-    Activate / modify SMS Alerts / PUSH notifications;
-    Setting up term deposits with interest bonus;
-    Subscription and redemption of units of Romanian funds (OTP Asset Management);
-    Obtaining / viewing information on the status of credits and cards, including maturity generation;
-    Scheduled payments;
-    Utilities payments;
-    Account statements;
-    Generating proof of payment;
-    Chat - you can contact the bank agents in the Contact Center.
 

You can pay the credit card rate without going to the bank by the following methods:
-    Through the "Money Magnet" from OTPdirekt or SmartBank, which allows you to transfer money, instantly and without commissions, from any other bank in Romania to the OTP Bank account, using a debit card;
-    By interbank transfer from any other bank through an online service.
 

It is sufficient to fill the current account opened at the bank, in the same currency in which the credit was granted. This account can be fed, without coming to the bank, by the following methods:
-    Through the "Money Magnet" from OTPdirekt or Smart Bank, which allows you to transfer money, instantly and without commissions, from any other bank in Romania to the OTP Bank account, using a debit card (for individual customers).
-    By interbank transfer from any other bank through an online service.
-    In case you have available in another account or in another currency, the bank is authorized to carry out either transfer or exchange, automatically, starting with the due date; in the case of foreign exchange, the exchange rate practiced by the Bank will be used at the time of execution.
 

You can send the optional insurance policy, as well as the compulsory insurance policy (PAD), for the guarantee of your credit, together with the proof of their payment, at the e-mail address politeotp@otpbank.ro.

After signing the contract for OTPdirekt, access is done as follows:
-    The SmartBank mobile application can be accessed directly from the application available for Android / iOS or by accessing the website www.otpbank.ro;
-    The Internet Banking Service can be accessed on the Internet at the dedicated page www.otpdirekt.ro or by accessing the bank's website www.otpbank.ro.

If you have a Mastercard issued by our bank and an Apple mobile terminal: iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, you can use the Apple Pay service through the "Wallet" application to make mobile payments to merchants and E-Commerce payments (on the Internet).
If you have a Mastercard issued by our bank and a mobile terminal with Android operating system, you can use OTPay to make mobile payments to traders. The application can be downloaded from the Play Store at the OTPay link.
