OTP Bank Romania announces the transfer of banking products from the PALAS IAȘI Agency to the ȘTEFAN CEL MARE IAȘI Branch

OTP Bank Romania announces that starting from May 27, 2024, banking products from the PALAS IAȘI Agency will be transferred to the ȘTEFAN CEL MARE IAȘI Branch, located at 14 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd, due to the closure of the Palas Iași Agency.

The management of these products by you will not be affected in any way, as it can be conducted from any OTP Bank Romania unit, and no actions are required from your part in the implementation process of these changes.

OTP Bank Romania provides customers with Internet Banking (OTPdirekt) and Mobile Banking (SmartBank) services, available 24/7, through which transactions, payments, and account information can be accessed without the need to visit territorial units.

Furthermore, the Call Center service is available to customers from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM, at the following phone numbers:
