Be the first to find out the exchange rates directly on your mobile phone, only with the option NBR Rate from OTPdirekt – SMS Alerts service.

You will receive automatically the NBR exchange rates, daily from Monday to Friday, immediately after 13:00 o’clock, after the National Bank of Romania supplies the official rates.

The SMS will contain the rates for the main currencies (EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, HUF) and will be sent to the mobile numbers you mentioned in the contract.

The alert is sent only on banking days and has the rates available the following banking day. For example: the SMS sent on Friday has the rates available on Monday.

This way it is simple to plan you exchanges, payments and other operations that “depend” on the exchange rate, just by reading a SMS.
