What is Energy Efficiency?

Represents a grants-based credit line set up from funds provided by the European Commission and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, intended for investments in equipment, technological lines or buildings’ thermal rehabilitation in order to minimize the power consumption.

What steps need to be taken in my relation with the bank?

• OTP Bank experts will provide assistance regarding your investment’s eligibility
• You will be notified whether the project meets the crediting requirements
• Tractebel Engineering will perform a Rational Energy Usage Plan and an Energetic Audit (if required)
• OTP Bank will grant an investment loan facility in order to finance the project
• The independent consultants shall perform, free of charge, an investment-related energetic performance testing report
• Following the investment completion, EBRD shall reward the concern for energetic efficiency by transferring the 15% grant directly into your bank account, in EUR ( paid within 30 business days following EBRD’s acceptance of the testing report)
