These packages have been developed in accordance with the turnover and needs of the companies as follows:

• CONFORT – ensures an increased comfort for small companies, with very accessibil prices;
• ELECTRONIC – is the ideal solution for those who look for fast transactions, away from the bank branches;
• GOLD – is created especially for companies with big volumes, high turnover and consistent financial results.

Each package has in its componence, products and services structured to meet your company’ needs, and business volumes and it includes current account services (maintenance, transactions, direct debit), banking products (cards, deposits), internet banking and other financial services (insurances).

These packages are available for an annual contract with a monthly fee payment, with the option of an automatic prolongation.

The clients who choose one of our packages addressed to legal entities have included in the subscription fee, services and products that ensure them the comfort and movement freedom:

• VISA Business Electron cards – one or more, depending on the package for which the issuing fee and monthly administration fee are zero, during the validity term of the package. Cards are issued on the company account and allow the users (shareholders, administrators or any person who is authorized to use the card) to have access to the company’ account, at any moment.
• OTPdirekt – free of charge for one or more users, depending on the package, allow the representatives of the companies to be in two places at the same time. A phone call or a visit on our web site will bring to the user all the information regarding the accounts of the company and may give the possibility to make transactions even if one is not in the office or in the bank’ branches.

Furthermore, as a consequence of the partnerships that OTP Bank Romania S.A. has concluded with different partner companies, the clients who purchase an ELECTRONIC or GOLD package, can benefit of the advantages offered by the partner companies.

The monthly fee for the packages is as follows:

• for CONFORT: 4.99 EUR
• for ELECTRONIC: 9.99 EUR
• for GOLD: 15.99 EUR

The fee will be charged monthly in RON at the NBR exchange rate valid at the due date.
