• Credit Bureau inquiry agreement (original)
• Utility invoice from the permanent address or documentation proving the property right (photocopy)
• Justifying documentation for the cashed in income

Justifying documentation for the cashed in income:

In case you do not have workbook, it is necessary to present the Individual Working contract, in original, with the Territorial Labor Unit visa. For employees of the National Ministry of Defense, Romanian Information Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs and other such institutions that do not provide workbooks, it is mandatory to submit a valid work permit/ work identity card.
Freelancers income documentation	Documentation attesting the freelancer profession registered to the relevant authority (e.g. the Bar association decision for lawyers, decision of the Appeal Court Registry for the public notaries) Current year's Ledger The Special Statements/ final taxation decisions regarding freelancers' income for the last year
Pension Income	Pension decision Pension slip/ account statement issued by the Bank attesting the pension collection through the account ( original, not older than 2 months) In case of private pension- Private pension agreement concluded with the insurance company and the proof of the last 2 months cashed in pension In case of the pensions cashed in from abroad- translated and certified version of Pension Agreement or Certificate; the proof of the last 2 months cashed in pension; translated and certified pension decision
