Types of accepted clients:

• Romanian citizens with or without residence in Romania;
• foreign citizens with Romanian residence;
• clients who apply individually or together with maximum 3 co-debtors (in order to improve the reimbursement capacity)

Age: :

• between 18 and 65 years at the date of full repayment of the loan, in this case the insurance is compulsory;
• between 18 and 70 years from the date of full repayment of the credit; in this case a life insurance is compulsory throughout the loan's course;

Income: minimum 350 RON*

*calculated in accordance with OTP Bank rules

Work experience at the current employer:

• minimum 3 months
• minimum 12 months experience in the current activity for freelancers

Total work experience:

• minimum 12 months

• Salary incomes
• Pension income
• Author or intellectual rights income
• Board incentives and censors income
• Freelancers income
• Life annuity

In case you have income from salary, we accept the following types of income:

• Dividends
• Rental fees
• Income from abroad
• Sailor's income
• Income from commissions
• Incomes from agent/ mandate/ commission contracts
