- Employment offer from the shipping company / valid contract / sailor certification when applying for the loan
- If the work contract / employment offer is in a foreign language, the applicant must present a translated version with apostil. The income statement must only be translated.

- Income statement issued by the company/institution paying the annuity mentioning the incomes and the legal stipulations of the income
- Client’s accountability statement confirming that he/she will not make changes that will lead to the cancellation of the life annuity

- Extract from the Chamber of Commerce
- Annual and monthly balance sheet for the last 2 years registered at the Financial Administration
- AGA decision for dividends distributed in the last 2 years

| Rental incomes |
- The rental contract registered at the Financial Administration office
- The declaration of registration of rental incomes at the Financial Administration office
- Client’s accountability statement that the rent will be received in a current account at OTP Bank Romania S.A.

| Income from abroad |
- Working contract with apostil and legalized Romanian translation
- Translated Income statement containing minimum the following information: employer identification and contact data, applicant's position, duration of contract, net income cashed in the last 6 months, 2 signed contact person of the income statement;
- Account statement proving the income cashed in for the last 6 months
- Previous working contract (only in case the current working contract is concluded for a determined period of time)
- Documentation proving that the applicant is working as a qualified employee, for ex.: studies diploma

- Guarantee evaluation report (prepared by an evaluation company agreed by the Bank)
