You can apply for the loan if:

  • you don’t own a house, alone or together with your husband / wife and you are not part of a mortgage contract in the conditions of the First Home program, OR you own a house, alone or together with your husband / wife, with a usable area of less than 50 m2, gained through any other way than the program.
  • you have a minimum income of RON 350

Credit amount Min. 1.000 EUR (or equiv.) – max. 66.500 EUR (or equiv.), depending the type of house acquired, in the First House Program conditions.
Interest rate Variable, related to ROBOR and EURIBOR 3 months evolution, revisable at the beginning of each trimester, using the value of the currency indicator from the 15th day of the second month of the previous trimester
Granting period Minimum 6 months - maximum 360 months
Advance Minimum 5% of the acquisition price of the financed house, covering minimum the difference between the acquisition price and the guarantee offered by FNGCIMM.
Collaterals
  • FNCGIMM guarantee, that covers 50% of the loan value
  • First rank mortgage in favor of the Bank, in proportion to the guaranteed percent
  • Mortgage pledge on the credit balance in all the current accounts of the beneficiary
  • Collateral deposit, opened by the applier at OTP Bank Romania S.A. to guarantee the interest rate and not-remunerated by the bank. The deposit will have an equal value to the first 3 installments calculated by using the total amount of the granted loan
Reimbursement method
  • Equal monthly installments, composed of the principal and the interest
  • Management commission owned to FNCGIMM, paid each year at the loan balance on December 31 – previous year than the payment one
