• individuals
• Romanian or foreign citizens with residence in Romania (residence certificate valid at least for the credit period)
• customers who apply individually or together with a co-debtor( necessary in order to improve the reimbursement capacity)

Age: min 18 years - max 70 years at the maturity of the loan

Income:

• minimum 350 RON*

*calculated in accordance with OTP Bank rules

Work experience at the current employer:

• minimum 3 months for employees

Total work experience:

• minumum 12 months for employees
