Minimum debt-burden: maximum 30% of the net income calculated according to the NBR rules

Overall debt-burden: maximum 40% of the net income calculated according to the NBR rules

Work experience:

A. minimum 1 month at the current employer only when between the employer and the bank was signed a salary convention.

B. minimum 3 months at the current employer or minimum 12 months total experience if between the employer and the bank was not signed a salary convention, and the employeer signed only the income statement.

For freelancers: minimum 24 month of activity.
