In the mean time, you can request a MasterCard debit card to be issued having access to the balance of your account. Furthermore, in case of EUR loans with mortgage, our bank offers a lower interest rate (until you receive your salary in your OTP Bank account).

There are different ways in which you can request your OTP Bank account balance:
- In person, visiting any OTP Bank Romania branch, and presenting you valid identity card or valid passport;
- In case you have a debit card attached to the current account, the balance can be enquired for free by accessing the www.otpbank.ro website, or by calling the free number 0800 88 22 88 from the Romtelecom network or *OTPBANK (*6872265) from Orange and Vodafone network, and introducing the last 10 numbers written on the debit card and the access code which is made up of 3 numbers (written in the IBAN).

For persons who are maximum 26 years old we can offer specific products as follows:
- Junior accounts, with more advantageous interest rates
- Junior debit cards, attached to the Junior account, specially created for youngsters.

What kind of advantages will be offered for the youngsters when opening a Junior account?
The Junior accounts are developed for youngsters who are maximum 26 years old. The products are as follows:
- Junior Start – for children who are maximum 14 years old
- Junior Plus – for youngsters between 14 and 18 years old
- Junior Max- for students who have maximum 26 years old.
The advantage of opening such an account is represented by the fact that advantageous interest rate is calculated for this account and the possibility of opening the account in national and foreign currency: RON, EUR, USD, and HUF. Meanwhile, the youngsters who become 14 years old can request the issuance of a Junior card attached to that account.
