Job description:

  • The working schedule is 8 hours
  • Answering to phone calls from outside the bank, giving information about the bank’s products and services and promoting the bank’s products and services
  • Advising the client in chosing the banking product that best fits his needs
  • Registrating the complaints received by telephone
  • Initiating phone calls towards clients and potential clients of the bank, during sales campaigns with the purpose to promote the bank’s products and services
  • Ensures first level of support fo the bank’s products and services (OTPdirekt, Cards, Loans)
  • Making transactions ordered by phone by the OTPdirekt clients
  • Answering to the written requests from the clients in a proper time
  • Participating to department’s projects and activities

Requirements:

  • Client orientation
  • Communication abilities
  • PC knowledge
  • Finance and banking knowledge would be a plus
  • Team work abilities
  • English or Hungarian knowledge
